You conjure a sphere of icy¸ briny water that crashes down on a point within range¸ extinguishing all unprotected nonmagical flames in its area. Each creature in a 15-foot radius centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure¸ a creature takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage plus 3d6 cold damage and is knocked prone. On a success¸ a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone. The water then spreads out across the ground¸ soaking in or evaporating naturally¸ or perhaps freezing¸ depending on the terrain and environment.
