Spellslinger (d20)
Rawhide evokers try to carve a name for themselves in a new frontier.
Dwarven prospectors risk life¸ limb¸ and sanity for wealth.
Veteran sharpshooters sell their services to the highest bidder.
Boss dragons control local economies¸ working both under the table and above the law.
'Them pistol poppers will try ta tell ya that yer wastin' yer time¸ studying spells and learnin' ta cast 'em on the fly. A shooter and a quick trigger finger is all ya need¸ they say¸ and a magic-piercing bullet in the throat will kill any spell before it's born. Sure¸ they're right¸ there's pros and there's cons to the biz¸ but that smug look on their faces changes awful quick when it's lit up by a fireball!'

This d20 minigame lets players pit fast-casting wizards against sharp-shooting bandits¸ track lizard men through the buttes and canyons of an untamed frontier¸ and ward land sharks¸ ogres¸ and wyverns from their cattleherds and gold claims. There are dungeons aplenty in the form of native ruins and collapsing mines; political intrigue as the self-made mayors of struggling towns contend with boss dragons and their minions; and widescale warfare as PCs defend wagon trains against humanoid ambushes or run a guerrilla resistance against tyrannical empires attempting to conquer the free spirit of the lawless frontier.
* Complete d20 minigame... no supplements needed
* Great for a single night of playing or a short campaign
* Merges high fantasy drama with an epic western feel
* Stylistic¸ cutting-edge art by some of the best illustrators in the business
In this place¸ a man is free -- free to live¸ and free to die.
